Partner Mood is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States (Google Cloud infrastructure). We use reasonable efforts to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

However, we shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of third parties, technical failures of third-party service providers, or force majeure events.
